• All Bookings are subject to our Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

We are committed to providing excellent service and value to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
• We offer a 24-hour grace period from the date of purchase, during which a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. After this grace period, no refunds will be issued.
• For cancellations made outside of the grace period, we provide a site credit equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used towards future services and must be utilized within 365 days of the cancellation date. Unused credits will expire after this period.
